Manage your billing and account
Existing customers can manage everything related to their account through our secure billing portal. This includes:
- Updating payment methods
- Viewing and downloading invoices
- Cancelling your subscription
- Changing your plan
- Updating your account details
You'll need the email address associated with your account to log in. If you're unsure which email address is on file, please contact us.
There's no minimum contract length—you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. If you need help with account changes or have questions, email us at [email protected].
Request content edits
To request changes to your website, email us at [email protected]. To help us complete your request quickly, please include:
- Which page: The specific page or section that needs updating (e.g. "Homepage, About section")
- What to change: Clear description of the change (e.g. "Change phone number from X to Y")
- New content: The exact text, images, or information you want added—attached or written out
Example request:
"Please update the Contact page: change the phone number from 01234 567890 to 09876 543210, and update the opening hours to Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (currently shows 8am–6pm)."
We'll complete your edits within 2–5 working days. Each plan includes a set number of free content edits per year: Basic (2 free edits), Standard (4 free edits), and Plus (6 free edits). Additional edits beyond your plan's allowance are charged at £25 each.
